Go from doomscrolling to doodling

5 minutes of art to find your peace in the storm

Learn one simple technique to kickstart your new art habit

You’ve heard about the benefits of an art habit – the stress reduction, increased brain resilience, and problem-solving skills that transfer to other facets of life. With all the stress of daily life, you know you need that – but how do you get started?

The good news is, you already have everything you need!

In this FREE PDF tutorial, I’ll show you a simple, pressure-free doodling technique, the same practice I use each morning to refresh, refocus, and start my day with calm.

This is for you if you are ready for the benefits of an art habit, but:

  • You don’t know where to start
  • You don’t have any art materials
  • You don’t have time to learn something new
  • You don’t have space
  • You weren’t “good at art” in school

About me:

I’m Ginny – an artist, geologist, and parent in a neurodiverse family. During the first year of the pandemic, my oldest started Kindergarten remotely, his extroverted little brother was also home all day, and my husband and I were both working remotely. I didn’t have the time, space, or energy to throw into a new habit – but I did have a few minutes a day to slow my breathing and do some calming doodles. That’s the peace in the storm I want to share with you!

Um, what happens when I give you my email?
